Registration

Registration for IASCL 2024 is closed. You can register onsite. Also tickets for Tutorials (if available) and Congress Dinner will be available for sale onsite (first come, first served).Availability not guaranteed.

IMPORTANT:
  • Each delegate/speaker has to register (pay the registration fee) through his/her own IASCL 2024 account – unique email address. Please do not register anybody on their behalf.
  • Please bear in mind that the accompanying person has no access to the scientific sessions. Those can be only family members.
  • If you register for student fee you, we request that you kindly send some documentation of your student status (to secretariat@iascl2024.com), e. g. a listing of your name among students in your lab, a statement form your advisor or a copy of an enrollment document. We will complete the registration afterwards.

How to register:

  1. Log into your IASCL 2024 account. If you are a first time visitor, please create an account https://abstracts.iascl2024.com
  2. On the top menu in your account click on the tab “Registration”.
  3. Choose type of registration Non-student/Student and fill in the country.
  4. Continue through Additionals for Check out.
  5. You will be able to add Additionals like Congress party, Accommodation, Social events, Sightseeing anytime after you are already registered. The options will be added regularly and all attendees will be notified about new items.

All presenters have to be registered by the deadline for the presenters on May 1, 2024 to be included in the programme.

Registration Fee for Non-students & students includes:

  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception on 15th July, 2024
  • Congress material, delegate package etc.
  • Closing Ceremony on 19th July, 2024
  • IASCL membership for the period 2024-2027

Registration fee for Accompanying persons includes:

  • Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception on 15th July, 2024
  • Closing Ceremony on 19th July, 2024
  • One Prague city tour during the Congress

Invitation letters for visa purposes can be sent only to participants who have completed the registration process = pay the registration fee. Please do not contact Secretariat office before your registration process is completed.

Abstract Submission

Any changes to the accepted abstracts are possible under the fee of 50 EUR.

Invoice – IMPORTANT

The invoice is issued automatically after your payment and sent on your email or you can download it also from your IASCL 2024 account under “My orders”. Please make sure that all the billing information you supply during the registration process is correct, because invoices cannot be changed. Please note all invoices will be due for payment within 30 days. If payment is not received we reserve the right to cancel your booking 90 days prior to the event.

On-site Registration

While on-site registration will be possible, it is recommended that participants register online well in advance and ensure their participation in IASCL 2024. On-site registration will be handled on a first come, first served basis. Allocation of a delegate package cannot be guaranteed.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include any insurance for participants. Participants are advised to take out adequate insurance.

BY REGISTRATION PARTICIPANTS CONFIRM THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Cancellation of Registration

  • Until May 1, 2024 – all the fee back -minus administrative costs
  • From 1st May, 2024 until 31st May, 2024 – 50% of the registration fee will be refunded + administrative costs
  • From June 1st, 2024 – 100% will be charged

All refunds will be processed after the IASCL 2024 Congress

General Cancellation Conditions

  • All cancellations must be notified only in writing (by email or by DHL/Fedex mail) to Conference Secretariat secretariat@iascl2024.com and can not be done online or over the phone.
  • Requests for refunds made after 1st June 2024 will not be considered.
  • For any change of personal details and abstract, a fee of 50 EUR (plus bank handling charges) will be charged
  • The organiser reserves the right to change the date, venue or format of each event included in the IASCL 2024 programme. In such case, participants are entitled to cancel their registration within 10 days since they are informed about such change – all paid fees will be refunded in this case to the participant, decreased by necessary costs connected with such cancellation, incl. bank transfer costs, hotel cancellation costs and costs on the organiser’s side. Participants, who do not cancel their registration within the given time period, are considered to have consented to the change. Participants have no claim for damages or other costs, arising from such change, if caused by events outside the organiser’s control.
  • You acknowledge that the Event or part of it may be filmed by audio, visual, audio-visual or electronic means or photographed, including photographs of individuals or group delegates. You agree to permit Computer System Group a.s. or any third party licensed by Computer System Group a.s., to use and distribute such footage and photographs, which may feature photographs of You, in all or any media (including social media) whether now known or hereafter to be invented throughout the world in perpetuity fro the purposes of advertising, publicity, reporting and otherwise in relation to the exploitation of such recordings and photographs. Please inform the event organiser in writing prior to the event day by email to secretariat@iascl2024.com if you do not wish to be included in any individual.
  • Computer System Group a.s. reserves the right, without any liability, to refuse Your admission or eject You from the Event for failure to comply with these Terms; or if in Computer System Group a.s. opinion You represent a security risk, nuisance or annoyance to the running event.

These General registration guidelines were published on 27th January and apply to all bookings placed from that date until these terms and conditions are superseded by a new version.

Data Privacy

The European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) entered into force as of 25 May 2018 and it involves some additions to data protection.

We take your privacy very seriously and in order to comply with GDPR consent requirements, we need you to confirm that you agree with our new Privacy Policy during the process of creating the account in our system. You can view it here.

After creating your user account in our system, you can manage your information, protect your privacy and security via our online portal that is fully GDPR compliant.
